THE PNL COMPANIES
PNL is shorthand for “profit and loss”.  The name signifies our successful bottom-line approach to asset management.  The PNL Companies purchase all types of discounted commercial mortgages and properties. These range from apartments, industrial, offices and retail centers, to recreation/entertainment properties and land. 

Individual asset sizes range from $2 million to over $50 million.  Though the type and size of the commercial real estate assets we purchase varies, the common is that they are “special assets” significantly discounted due to challenges such as vacancy, size, unusual nature, location, credit issues, bankruptcy, environmental issues or litigation.
